You can’t be happy all of the time.

And, you can’t control others. So, the best thing you can do is to put your energy into yourself and radiate that sunshine because it comes from within. Don’t look to anyone else for this. Your confidence will grow and you will be happy within yourself and not feel the need to rely on anyone else to feel whole or happy. This is where your self-love journey begins.

Self-care and compassion are the main ingredients when it comes to self-love. Stop and think about how you react when a close friend or family member comes to you when they are upset or struggling. Learn to treat yourself how you would treat your loved one in any situation where you feel your own confidence slipping.

Loneliness is a feeling that isn’t always a bad thing. It’s a good time for reflection.
